Run 12/8

I slipped out of work a little early to get in a run around my neighborhood - 3.1 miles in 38 minutes. My course includes climbing the 120th St/132nd Ave hill, and I kept my heart rate < 70% the entire time.

I wore my reflective vest, but I think I might go out with a blinker next time as well.
