Swim 5/16
I was kind tired today - right shoulder was tired, probably from volleyball - so I cut my workout short and took it easy towards the end.
Total of 2500 yards in 54 minutes.
- 2x200 warm up with fist gloves - ~9 mins
- 2x800 - ~33 mins total
- 1x500 cool down - ~12 mins
Total of 2500 yards in 54 minutes.
