Run 5/10
I wanted to get a run in, but didn't have time to drive over to the Redmond Watershed. So, I decided to try running around my neighborhood, on the streets instead of a trail - something I've avoided for weeks. But, I have to do it eventually so I might as well find out how my foot is doing.
I did 4.6 miles in 49 minutes, running my neighborhood loop. I took it easy, not wanting to stress my left foot. The great news is - it feels fine! I'll still avoid running on the pavement all the time, but I am happy my foot has improved.
