It was a busy week and I only did one swim and one run...

I should take the "strength" row out, I pretty much don't have the time to go to the gym anymore. I do stretch and do a little core work, but I haven't been reporting that all this time, and it would look weird to suddenly start. It is only 10 or 15 mins a day, while I watch TV.
